Wipro is hiring for the role of First Line Manager L1!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct shift briefings/debriefings, monitor KPIs, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality, provide coaching, create Performance Coaching & Counselling Plans (PCCP) for low performers, and track progress.
- Share performance data, communicate updates, collaborate with WFM/automation teams, and manage internal stakeholders for flawless delivery.
- Manage daily operations, identify training needs, conduct refresher training, organize engagement activities (like fun hours), and manage attrition.
- Hire, onboard, train, and build internal talent pools; ensure career progression and drive diversity.
- Identify automation opportunities and provide data to support automation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong communication (written/verbal), leadership, coaching, performance analysis, data interpretation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
- Driving team metrics, contract compliance, quality, and engagement.
- Experience of 1-3 years.
