Havells is hiring for the role of Firmware Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop robust and efficient firmware for embedded IoT devices.
• Implement device communication using protocols like MQTT, CoAP, HTTP.
• Work with RTOS and optimize firmware for real-time use.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams for end-to-end product development.
• Integrate device drivers and test firmware in real-world scenarios.
• Debug, document, and maintain firmware post-deployment.
• Contribute ideas for continuous product and process improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, ECE, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in embedded firmware development.
• Proficient in C/C++ and familiar with microcontrollers like ARM Cortex or ESP32.
• Experience with RTOS, low-level driver integration, and debugging tools.
• Understanding of wireless protocols – Zigbee, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LoRa.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative setups
