Fire Engineering Services - Trainee Engineer Job in Mumbai at Jotun Group

Jotun Group is hiring for the role of Fire Engineering Services - Trainee Engineer! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Be responsible for project take-off/estimation for assigned Steelmaster and Jotachar enquiry projects daily for both hydrocarbon & cellulosic projects.
• Be responsible for the quality of estimation services rendered for assigned Steelmaster/ Jotachar inquiry projects daily.
• Assist Senior Engineers – Fire Engineering Services in project take off/estimation.
• Contribute to the global Fire engineering service team efforts in finding new ways and means to upgrade the value-added services provided by the team.
• Provide support to the sales account responsible to win projects by giving quick and proper analysis of the project and competition and assist in discussions with customers
• Provide all technical specifications of Steelmaster and Jotachar products to the Jotun sales network, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance and supporting sales. The FES team furthermore provides fire engineering competence to marketing and R&D to optimize current portfolio and to identify innovation possibilities and needs.
• Assist sales in technical discussions to respond to customer needs and to position Jotun as a preferred supplier.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering. Civil is preferable.
• Minimum 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
