FinOps Senior Analyst Job in Bengaluru at Kenvue

Kenvue is hiring for the role of FinOps Senior Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Timely closing and execution of financial periods as per the closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit, and SOX requirements
• Accountable for the completeness, accuracy, and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope
• Maintain deep expertise and full knowledge of worldwide procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas
• Regularly focus on balance sheet reconciliations to minimize open items
• Partner with Finance Operations Managers to ensure quality measures are in place and meet team KPIs
• Understand, adhere to, and execute per worldwide policies and procedures; identify compliance risks and recommend solutions
• Execute global Strategy & Solutions in line with taxonomy
• Onboard and train new joiners
• Support Process Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Operational Key Contacts (OKCs) to ensure cross-sector, cross-region, and cross-process alignment with consistent documentation and a global approach
• Execute process improvements by generating and implementing ideas in line with global standards
• Foster and implement a continuous improvement mindset, identifying and pursuing process efficiency opportunities
• Stay updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rules, and emerging technologies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with GAAP and SEC regulations
• Assist the team with audit requests from the Legal Entity Controllership team
• Ensure strong internal controls are in place to achieve adequate internal and external audit ratings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field
• At least 2-4 years of professional experience is required
• Learning agility and adaptability to different business requirements.
• Fluent in English, other language skills desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
• Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, other language skills desirable
• CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications is preferred
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre of a multinational corporation or BPO
• Experience in a Global Accounting for a large multi-state company
• Ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach
• Successfully manage multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines
• Digital/ intelligent automation capabilities
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP and Blackline preferred) and MS Office in particular Excel
• Candidates may be asked to work shifts to align with global assignments in Americas / EMEA / Asia
• Lead/Participate in other Regional/Global/Cross functional duties as assigned
