Cars24 is hiring for the role of FinOps Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Operational Excellence: Lead and optimize finance operations across accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and employee reimbursements with accuracy and timeliness.
• People Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of finance professionals with a focus on performance, engagement, and growth.
• Automation & Innovation: Drive automation and digitization initiatives to streamline financial processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Process Governance: Establish strong control mechanisms, close audit loops, and ensure end-to-end financial compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between finance and business functions to ensure smooth operations and aligned objectives.
• Timely Closures & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures in sync with accounting and compliance teams

Requirements:

• A qualified Chartered Accountant with post-qualification experience in managing finance operations.
• A hands-on leader with proven experience in team management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Someone with deep operational finance knowledge—AP, AR, reconciliations, compliance, vendor lifecycle, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• A change agent who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong bias for process improvement and automation.
• A detail-oriented, high-integrity professional who brings both strategic thinking and operational rigor to the table.
• Strong communicator who can work with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
