FinOps Analyst Job in Hyderabad at Amazon

Amazon is hiring for the role of FinOps Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Pay Amazon employees accurately, on time, and every time.
• Manage Off-Cycle pay runs and payments
• Process payroll i.e. Salary, employee/employer taxes and other statutory deductions using in-house and 3rd party payroll platforms
• Produce timely responses to queries received from employees, support team and HRBP’s
• View and manage human resource data on the people portal
• Process manual check calculations, work with the vendor to process stop payments/reversals, enter paycheck card entries assist with check distribution and backup other payroll analysts as needed
• Support scheduled and ad hoc payroll tasks such as reporting, reconciliations, and tax filings i.e. Start of the year, end of the year, and annual employee earning records
• 3 days working from an office in a week is required

Requirements:

• 1.5 - 2 years of relevant work experience
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office is a must
• Graduate in commerce, accounting or finance
• Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies
