EXL is hiring for the role of Financial Transactions Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Process invoices and handle accounts payable tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Use MS Excel for data manipulation and interpretation tasks.
• Follow standard finance and accounting workflows while identifying and handling variations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to articulate issues and resolve queries.
• Adhere to the established processes and maintain quality and compliance in financial operations.
• Support the back-office operations for the Finance & Accounting line of business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom), Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing and accounts payable.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Ability to interpret and manipulate data effectively.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have cleared EXL’s "Fundamentals of General Accounting" training program.
• Willingness to work from the office (Kochi location).
• Fluent in the required language.
