ABB is hiring for the post of Financial Planning and Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Working with the management team to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends
• Validating the accuracy of financial data and business information and reporting by performing reconciliations and reviewing exceptions
• Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
• Optimizing own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements
• Preparing of various MIS and discussing the same with concerned stakeholders
• Co-ordinating and supporting a local cost auditor and statutory auditor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CA / CMA / MBA Finance
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in finance controlling
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally
