About this Job
Ideagen is hiring for the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Associate!
Responsibilities of the candidate:
- Monthly Board Pack preparation
- Preparation of financial budgets for both the Group and bolt-on acquisitions
- Reforecasting financial performance based on H1 performance
- Aligning the financial reporting of acquisitions with the Group's Monthly flash revenue reporting
- Preparation of the monthly Finance Pack and business line reporting Facilitating investment cases for bolt-on acquisitions
- Facilitating the rollout of our new financial planning software, and embedding this within the business Preparing any other ad hoc analysis as required by the business
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant, with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience
- Demonstrable financial modeling and data analysis experience
- Ability to convert data into insights Effective questioning skills
- Experience producing reports for senior stakeholders
- Strong partnering and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel skills
