Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst Job in Mumbai at Citi

Citi Bank is hiring for the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Manage forecasting of deposit balances and NII for QMMF, Outlook, Plan, etc. for Private Bank Business for UK, Europe and MEA.
• Managing the Beta approval and re-validation process for USD and LCY for CCAR/QMMF Ruby related activities for Private Bank
• Perform deposit related analysis e.g. identify key NII drivers and attributions (mix, volume, rate impact, betas)
• Develop and prepare month-end actuals deposit reporting and analysis for PB business
• Develop key analysis for business FP&A and Finance teams; assist with modelling redevelopment and convergence initiativesSupport deposit remodeling and Plan and QMMF model convergence efforts
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in accounting and/or finance
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Excel and PowerPoints skills preferred
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
