SitusAMC is hiring for the role of Financial Planning Analyst:
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Help onboard work product and critical relationships to a growing offshore real estate Finance/FP&A team.
- An entrepreneurial mindset will help one navigate the path towards the creation of a COE for the FP&A Global team.
- Work closely with business, US counterparts and other finance teams to build analytical reports such as Flash, CAPEX, Revenue by client, Client Profitability analysis, Price and Volume Analysis etc. and provide insightful commentary to the senior management on key deviations.
- Drive and Manage budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and other ad-hoc requests from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand and analyze the implications of business changes and incorporate these changes to the reporting infrastructure and key processes.
- Drive automation agenda and streamline various processes/reports wherever possible.
Requirements:
- MBA (Tier-1 college)/Chartered Accountant degree with 1-3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis-related work like budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost allocations.
- Proficiency with MS Excel is essential. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau, and Power BI is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional ability to efficiently and effectively drill down to key business drivers for actual and forecasted financial variances with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Mortgage industry experience with a private equity-owned or a financial services company is a plus.
