Concentrix is hiring for the role of Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Specialist, Finance Planning & Analysis position responsible for providing financial support to management
• Monthly financial reporting and analysis of performance
• Analyze the profitability of client or segment of the business
• Provide input into annual budgets for revenues and costs by client
• Provide input into monthly revenue forecasts by client
• Supports meetings discussing monthly results and forecast expectations
• Assist in month-end closing
• Work with the AR Team to set up billing contracts
• Assist in billing system entries and sending invoices
• Monitor and report on collections
• Proficient in the use of financial tools, systems, and applications
• Ad hoc analysis
• Works well with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with two to four years of relevant financial experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to understand and utilize basic general ledger systems and software
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
