ABB Group is hiring for the role of Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst - PARE!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Performing analysis of country-specific real estate function versus planning and forecasting
• Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions/Hubs/Countries/functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance
• Setting up allocation cycles for transferring fixed costs to various business divisions
• Performing cost or benefit analysis and analysis of fixed assets and cash flow
• Validating the accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions
• Optimizing own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements
• Identifying areas for process or report standardization across different countries, divisions, and business units
• Ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are implemented in line with Group and unit requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance and Accounting, CMA/CA/ MBA Finance preferred
• 2 to 5 years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Hands-on experience in SAP is an added advantage
• Experience with MS Office and Fluency in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries
