Slice is hiring for the role of Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Using first principles thinking, data and analytical skills to generate actionable business insights to drive high business impact and enable great customer experience
• Using Descriptive (Data visualizations & BI) , Inquisitive (Root cause analysis) and Prescriptive analytics (helping business with insights and recommendations) to help drive effective problem solving at scale
• Partnering with functional leaders, Strategic Business Partners and Leadership team (across Growth, Retention, Fraud, Ops etc.) to understand, breakdown and define business problems
• Building effective solutions through comprehensive reporting and actionable insights generation to solve complex business problems and enable strategic decisions

Requirements:

• Will and Hunger to build a solution that impacts millions of customers
• 1-3 years of experience working on various business problems and providing insights to drive high business impact. 
• Expertise in databases and scripting languages (Advanced SQL, Python/R, Excel)
• Excellent with Data Visualization and insight generation tools.
• Great at breaking down problems to a granular level and then coming up with solutions.
• Pro-communicator and great Story-telling capability
• Open to learning new technologies
