Deloitte is hiring for the role of Financial Advisory - Forensic & Dispute Services - Process Mining!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Use process mining technology to identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes, always in close collaboration with the client and help them drive significant value out of using process mining
• Translate Client’s strategic objectives into high-impact process mining use cases
• Understand and able to interpret business processes and can easily stay on top of things despite their complexity
• Conduct Process Mining and Process Modelling using data-driven, automated, visualization tools
• Facilitate client interviews and client meetings to understand the business processes, request data, and collect key performance metrics
• Define ideal processes and quantify the impact of process changes (e.g., automation, outsourcing)
• Conduct detailed analyses to draw conclusions, and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations
• Design deliverable content to reflect analyses conducted and recommendations
• Present findings to client leadership
• Anticipate risks associated with timely and high-quality delivery of projects and escalate the same to project management and leadership

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years Integrated course degree (B. Tech + MBA)
• Understanding of data structures in SAP ERP system
• Working knowledge/understanding of databases, ETL, and SQL skills required to deliver process mining projects
• Working knowledge of one or more tools used in the process mining and process transformation space, e.g.:  Signavio (SAP Solution Manager), Celonis, Process Gold (Uipath)
• Coding using Python or any other programming language will be preferred
• Exposure to connecting host applications like SAP Ariba, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Demonstrates consistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
