Financial Control Analyst Job in Noida at Pearson

Pearson is hiring for the role of Financial Control Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Month-end close, group reporting, and financial control across multiple divisions
• Reviewing and improving reporting accuracy (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Overseeing journal reviews, compliance reporting, and statutory financial statements
• Collaborating with auditors, finance teams, and business units
• Supporting SOX compliance and process documentation
• Driving continuous process improvements across our UK and offshore teams

Requirements:

• Experience in financial control processes and reporting
• Strong communication skills to engage finance and non-finance teams
• Highly organised, results-driven, and proactive in problem-solving
• Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, sum-ifs, pivot tables, macros)
• Experience with Finance ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion desirable)
• Knowledge of FRS101 & IFRS (preferred but not essential)
