Danaher is hiring for the role of Financial Analyst - FP&A!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead financial activities for monthly and quarterly pacing/closing and provide strong leadership and analytics for estimates and budget setting.
• Maintain financials, scorecards, etc.
• Lead analytics around high-impact costs like headcount, contractors, etc.
• Support in dashboards, reports publishing
• Support Logistic P&L – analyzing Inbound, Outbound, and duty costs.
• Provide financial data to finance and operating teams in an effort to drive growth.
• Provide necessary analytics to highlight key business performance drivers, identify risks and opportunities throughout the quarter, and develop processes to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities.
• Consolidating actual operating performance and reporting results
• Participate in simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for value-added financial analysis.
• Accountable for creating and maintaining SOP's.

Requirements:

• B. Com, MBA, CA, CMA etc.
• 2 - 5 years of progressive finance experience
• Excellent analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
• Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as OneStream Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Qlik etc
• Strong knowledge of excel / spreadsheet
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a global environment with sound understanding of global processes and transaction flows
• Adaptable/Flexible: being opened to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
