HiLabs Inc. is hiring for the role of Financial Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Financial Analysis: Conducting in-depth financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, variance analysis, and trend analysis to support business decisions.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborating with business units to develop and manage annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Reporting: Preparing and distributing accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Data Interpretation: Translating complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Financial Modeling: Developing and maintaining financial models to evaluate various business scenarios and assess their impact on profitability.
• Cost Analysis: Analyzing costs and cost structures to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to support their financial needs and provide financial guidance.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Assisting with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed, providing financial expertise and analysis.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CA/CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within the SaaS industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
