Amazon is hiring for the role of Financial Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Creating invoices by collecting quantitative data available in various upstream tools.
• Processing of all manual and automatic invoice requests and distributing invoices to customers.
• Processing new contracts and sales, and collaborating with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
• Addressing customer complaints and questions, keeping track of accounts receivable and transactions.
• Assisting with the customer account reconciliations.
• Preparing and presenting analytical reports.
• Supporting monthly and quarterly audits and clean-ups.
• Working on paper credit notes.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivables
• Strong detail orientation with a penchant for data accuracy
• Ability to research, interpret, and reconcile data
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good interpersonal skills and team player
• Ability to take initiative, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize workload
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications
• Post-graduation or a Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field
• Prior exposure to Oracle ERP is a plus
