General Mills India is hiring for the role of Financial Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Communicating with external manufacturers primarily for Inventory, Payables, Materials Usage, Volume analysis, Payment variances, Actual V/s Plan volume analysis, Product Costing variances, and ad-hoc queries received from external manufacturers as well as ESC group in Mpls.
- Creating accrual entries.
- Maintaining Product Costing Accuracy.
- Managing Auto Pay Payments & Accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum years of related experience required: 4+ years
- Offers new ways of doing things and understands associated risks
- Shifts priorities quickly when necessary
- Understands and applies knowledge of the competitive position of division or function
- Seeks coaching about the business drivers and how to apply creative ideas
- Experiments with new approaches
- Presents complex data in a manner appropriate to the audience
- Aligns priorities with business strategy and vision
- Analyzes successes and failures to learn and continuously improve
