CBRE Group is hiring for the role of Financial Analyst!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• The Account Receivable Analyst is responsible for addressing inquiries related to cash applications and facilitating communication with stake holders
• Review and Apply payments with their corresponding invoice numbers for respective clients.
• Accurate tracking of all the payments received from Bank Account 
• Perform Cash Reconciliations with Bank accounts and follow up for missing remittances
• Prepare refund Transaction with accuracy and supply to clients
• Delivery of process requirements to achieve key performance targets (KPI)
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies sarbanes-Oxley(SOX) requirements and Business Operations(BSO)procedure
• Must be a good team player, Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks .

Requirements:

• An experience of 2-4 years
• You must be Fluent in spoken and written English. 
• Understanding of Double entry concept of accounting 
• MBA/ Masters Degree from University degree  Accounting or Finance 
• You have to put strong attention to details and have very good organisational skills. 
• You have to be reliable and committed. 
• You should have good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word)  
• You should have capability to adapt to quickly changing and demanding environment.
