Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Technical/Functional Expertise: Should aim to possess in-depth knowledge to handle data analysis, financial modeling, and related systems.
• Adaptability: Willing to work on short- and long-duration projects, quickly upskill, and adopt new tools or technologies.
• Analytical Thinking: Build a holistic understanding of the domain and propose solutions based on trends and insights.
• Collaboration and Communication: Act as a bridge between the US and India teams, ensuring seamless hand-offs and updates.
• Process-Oriented: Follow established workflows, complete documentation, and comply with project execution standards.
• Knowledge Sharing: Support peers and juniors with training, issue resolution, and domain knowledge.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on best practices and external technology trends, applying them effectively in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Professional Background: Prior experience working in an insurance company is an added advantageous.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Finance, Economics or any related field.
• Positive Attitude: Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and proactive approach.
• Analytical and Research Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
