Finaleap is hiring for the role of Financial Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Preparing investor presentations/ deck
• Working on analysis of competition data
• Bureau data/ reports analysis
• Mining of the existing data for different cuts
• Ensuring financial sanctity of data to be shared with lenders and other stake holders
• Compliances of accounts and finance team
• Working closely with the Audit and CA firm to ensure that monthly P & L is in place
• Billing systems and processes to be set as per latest accounting standards.
• Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts
• Developing initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
• Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models

Requirements:

• Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Abreast of industry update
• Experience : : 0-3 years
