Key Responsibilities

Investment Research & Analysis

• Assist in conducting bottom-up fundamental analysis of listed and pre-IPO companies
• Support financial model building, valuation frameworks, and equity screeners
• Analyze balance sheets, cash flows, and promoter behavior using public disclosures

Forensic & Field Diligence

• Support forensic reviews of annual reports, audit notes, and governance red flags
• Help coordinate market channel checks, distributor calls, and operational validation
• Document and triangulate insights from field diligence and industry conversations

Portfolio Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain internal trackers, dashboards, and valuation logs
• Monitor corporate events, earnings updates, and stock-specific developments
• Assist in drafting concise investment briefs and research notes

Ideal Candidate Profile

• We’re looking for finance-first candidates who are intellectually curious, research-driven, and serious about a career in fundamental investing.

Qualifications & Attributes

• MBA/BBA/CA/Finance graduates or postgraduates (2024/2025 batch preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and high-quality output
• Self-starter attitude with commitment to timelines and learning curve
• Note: Prior investment experience is not mandatory but will be a plus.

Internship Duration & Stipend

• Tenure: 3 months (Full-time)
• Stipend: ₹25,000 per month
