Maersk is hiring for the role of Financial Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support in quality checks of weekly WCR data and Summary
• Responsible for preparation of speaking points for WCR summary message from ONP LT.
• Support in response to Leadership questions/comments to WCR results/outlook
• Coordinate with COE that STFC input is reflected in the Financial Model BI
• Drive monthly WD6 reviews to assess FBR allocation data quality, coordinating between impacted ONP and relevant Accounting/Business Finance teams to identify issues and deliver solution.
• Participation in trade allocation FBR logic review (workgroup led by Soren).
• Monthly Performance Management Reporting
• Validation of Financial Model accuracy vs FBR and communication of status updates to end-users.
• Preparation of MPR EBIT summary report
• Coordination of Monthly EBIT one-pagers
• SPOC for COE in trouble shooting and general support in maintenance/delivery of tools.
• Ad-hoc deep dive on performance measures to support in responding to investor and/or ELT questions.
• Support in the preparation of tools relevant for executing the quarterly RoFo
• Capacity Planning tools for RoFo/High5 planning.
• Freight List
• Deployment Assumptions
• Bunker Consumption
• ISC Forecast
• Support preparation of QBR/QPR materials through ad-hoc deep dives and preparation of summary of findings.
• Support in preparation of RoFo review materials for Leadership.
• Support team with standardizing Simulation files (Excel Financial Model)
• Support of ONP stakeholders and FBPs on ad-hoc basis for coverage planning and/or in support of project work where relevant.
• Support in ad-hoc deep dive analysis in support of WCR, MPR, QBR and QPR deliverables.
• Collaborate with focal FBP on Decision Base template maintenance and overall process execution.
• Coordinate with Energy and Asset teams in frequent alignment on assumptions to feed into Business Case and Financial Model.
• Participation in COE/Ocean BI Priority Alignment sessions, acting as SPOC for COE in preparation and maintenance of BI tools.
• Support FBPs in ad-hoc market-specific deep dives or decision bases. Participation dependent on ONP LT alignment to avoid over-encumbrance of requests from all FBPs.
• Support ONP FBPs in review and adjustment of Master Data.
