PhonePe is hiring for the role of Financial Analyst!

Responsibilities of a Candidate:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivables function.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Accounts Receivable specialists.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivables or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
