Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze financial statements, reports, and market trends to provide insights into business performance.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Develop financial models and projections to predict future financial outcomes.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process, including variance analysis and scenario planning
• Monitor industry trends and economic conditions to identify potential impacts on the organization.
• Provide analysis and insight into financial trends and metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• CFA, CPA, or related professional certification is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
