General Mills India is hiring for the role of Financial Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage the capital investment budgeting, tracking & analysis to deliver the annual capital plan
• Provide accounting & controls leadership across the D&T capital community
• Policy interpretation & guidance
• Capital Project Life-Cycle guidance
• Fixed Asset Audit & Controls
• Depreciation/Expense budget ownership
• Influence process & controls improvements
• Provide guidance and issue resolution during the capital project lifecycle
• Support D&T partners on capital prioritization and approval recommendations
• Contribute to other ad hoc projects as needed
• Support projects and work in tandem with Global Admin team around plan, forecasting and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• At least 2-3 year of professional experience with some accounting experience preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Able to identify and extract the right data from financial systems to provide meaningful analysis
• High sense of urgency; ability to be proactive, respond quickly, and hit deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively
