Cushman & Weikfield is hiring for the role of Financial Analyst! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate

• Create and update intranet pages to share portfolio content with colleagues throughout the company.
• Maintain our portfolio portal on our SharePoint site.
• Assist our Portfolio Marketing Managers with creating and formatting PowerPoint slides, Word documents, and other marketing content.
• Research and compile management & reporting information through relevant business tools to provide accurate and current data for our intranet, news pages, and thought leadership texts.
• Manage the process for content translation and content review.
• Collate statistics across our solution areas to measure how effective our marketing activities are.
• Support, and on occasions manage, projects and programmes of work on behalf of the Portfolio Marketing team, where you will take the role of project manager.
• Prioritize and co-ordinate your own work schedule to ensure that business and customer needs and deadlines are met.
• Communicate with a variety of stakeholders at various levels to meet business and customer requirements.
• Co-ordinate and manage Portfolio Marketing meetings and events as directed by individual Portfolio Marketing managers. You will take meeting minutes, manage follow-up actions, and co-ordinate event/meeting logistics as required.

Requirements

• A ‘can-do’ proactive attitude to get things completed on time.
• Technical Content writer with 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Excellent PowerPoint and SharePoint skills as well as a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Applications.
• Ability to plan and organize your own workload.
• Skills to provide high standards of customer service.
• Exceptional administrative experience, including good attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of data for reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, literacy, and numeracy skills and an ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Useful but not essential:
  • Knowledge of Computacenter’s technology solution areas.
  • Project management experience.
  • Multi-lingual (French and/or German)
