Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Training Attendance and Documentation
  • Attend all domain-specific training sessions.
  • Take comprehensive notes during training.
  • Prepare training notes and submit them to the trainer or relevant team members.
• Quality Work Delivery
  • Strive to produce high-quality work with minimal or no errors.
  • Pay attention to detail in claim identification and claim submission, and ensure that all potential claim opportunities are diligently identified and captured.
  • Ensure that all work, including formatting, presentation, grammar, and spelling, meets acceptable standards.
• Assist Audit Operations
  • Scrutinize audit data, including accounts payables, contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and other related documents to pinpoint potential audit opportunities.
  • Assist in the audit process by reviewing assigned transactions for various claim types.
• Claim Types Understanding
  • Develop a deep understanding of all claim types, especially for at least one of the clients.
  • Stay informed about industry-specific claim types and their associated financial implications.
• Task Ownership
  • Take ownership of tasks related to at least one claim type for a specific client.
  • Be responsible for managing and completing tasks associated with the assigned claim type.
• Timely Task Completion
  • Complete all assigned tasks within the agreed-upon timelines.
  • Prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines and contribute to team efficiency.
• Independent Auditing
  • Conduct audits with minimal supervision, utilizing client data to identify claim opportunities.
  • Play a proactive role in claim identification and not depend on the pointer reports.
• Goal Achievement
  • Work towards achieving the assigned goals for specific claim types.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of accounts payable & receivable data, data interpretation/data processing.
• Good understanding of the procure to pay process & accounting principles
• Should be able to Identify variances or errors in the procurement and payment processes to recover revenue
