Colgate is hiring for the role of Junior Financial Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Review, verify, and post PO/NPO invoices (3rd Party/Inter-company).
• Liaise with CAs to acquire remittance certificates.
• Understand and pass Goods in Transit and accrual entries at periodic book closings.
• Initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain high efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure adequate controls over the process.
• Prepare MIS to meet management requirements.
• Ensure accurate deduction of GST/TDS rates.
• Perform vendor account reconciliation, resolve differences, and acquire sign-offs.
• Analyze and clear issues from old vendor balances.
• Review and resolve debit balances in vendor accounts.
• Review open Purchase Orders and highlight exceptions.
• Conduct duplicate invoice checks.
• Address Level 2 support inquiries from suppliers/internal customers.
• Generate, analyze, and clear the GRIR report.
• Review and timely resolve all audit queries.
• Prepare and maintain SOX documentation.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Min 2+ year experience
• SAP
• GST provisions and withholding tax
• Knowledge of Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit.
