Visa is hiring for the role of  Financial Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain effective data operations in Python / PowerBI for reporting and control processes.
• Identification of automation opportunities on existing processes and reports.
• Build automation and visualization tools to report and communicate results achieved.
• Clearly and confidently articulate solutions, methodologies, and frameworks to team members and both technical and non-technical partners.

Requirements:

• Prior work experience in business operations with focus on operational controls
• 3 - 5 years of business experience
• Business controls, compliance & risk function experience desired
• Bachelor's degree in a business discipline, with higher degree qualifications preferred
• Good finance and accounting knowledge
• Excellent Microsoft Excel working knowledge
• Experience or qualifications in business improvement methodologies
• Detailed, conscientious, and highly responsible team player
• Superior business English, both oral and written is essential
• A major/specialization in Accounting Data Analytics
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and revenue recognition concepts
• Familiarity with process automation tools and techniques including RPA tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate
• Skills in data analysis and experience using one or more of the following languages and platforms for data manipulation, extraction, and automation:(PowerQuery) / DAX / PowerApps
• Experience in using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView or similar platforms for creating dashboards and reports to facilitate management decision-making
• Ability to work effectively in a cross functional and global team environment, collaborating with stakeholders across different functions and regions
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
