Financial Advisory Support Analyst Job in Gurgaon at Ameriprise Financial

Ameriprise Financial is hiring for the role of Financial Advisory Support Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist Ameriprise financial advisors in servicing clients including preparing basic financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions (Money movement, new account opening, etc.) as described by the advisor
• Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings
• Create the agenda and summary of meetings and provide necessary follow-up Prepare and ensure new business paperwork is successfully submitted which includes preparing forms
• Obtain appropriate signatures, prepare documentation to send to a home office, track new insurance/ annuity applications and coordinate rollovers
• Prepare for and coordinate marketing events which include creating marketing compliance documentation
• Provide general administrative duties such as answering the advisor's phone, processing expense management reports
• Prepare routine client correspondence, set up client files, copy and new business correspondence and alerts Assist advisors in increasing their social media presence (Facebook & LinkedIn) with relevant and timely
• Help clients in enrolling/ servicing on various Ameriprise tools

Requirements:

• Willingness to go for licensing certifications as needed (SERIES 7 and possibly also for State Securities, State IAR, State Insurance)
• Willing to work evening hours: 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM (9:30 AM to 6 PM CST)
• Graduate in finance discipline (0- 1 year experience or 1 year diploma is preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word
• Exposure to financial products like mutual funds, insurance, retirement services, etc. would be an added advantage
• Must have an eye for detail with high accuracy levels
• Ability to meet strict timelines per the agreed SLAs for advisor practices
