HDFC Bank is hiring for the role of Financial Advisor (Tele Sales - Insurance)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote services
- Be able to explain the product and its benefits to the customers
- Resolve customer queries
- Follow-up with customers and feedback post-initial interaction
- Record customer and transaction details and obtain customer information
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate from any stream / Undergraduate with excellent communication skills & at least 1yr Tele-Calling experience
- Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing-
- Candidates from banking and insurance backgrounds are preferable
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
