Wells Fargo is hiring for the role of Financial Accounting Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and onshore stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Support the project execution and governance by tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process
• Work on multiple projects/Initiatives, meet deadlines, and organize and prioritize assignments
• Display willingness to make independent and timely decisions, exhibit sound judgment, and accept responsibility for results
• Initiate and support new projects and implementation
• Create/review SOP’s and process mapping
• Create PowerPoint presentations
• Establishing strong relationships with business partners and working closely to understand the impacts
• Prepare and review journals
• Prepare various business reports like Forex Reports, Cash Flow statements, ALCO reports, etc.
• Prepare statutory and tax Financial statements and ability to respond to audit queries and provide required audit support
• Understand various geography reporting requirements and local tax reporting requirements
• Have quick learning skills and the ability to work in a dynamic work environment
• Should be open to changes and ability to adapt to change quickly
• Should be able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Qualified CA/CFA/ICWA/MBA-Finance with 3+ years of experience in Finance and accounting preferably in the banking sector.
• Has strong initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint.
