Linesight is hiring for the role of Financial Accountant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Take ownership of the preparation of the monthly management accounts including profit and loss account, balance sheet and cashflow report for assigned entities
• Assist with the external audit where required 
• Complete all assigned monthly balance sheet reconciliations 
• Complete regulatory reporting – VAT, RTD and VIES returns as required 
• Prepare year end files for audit and tax returns 
• Review and approve supplier payments 
• Support the budget and forecast process 
• Support the payroll process including reviews and posting payroll journals 
• Support junior members of the team, providing training and playing an active role in their development 
• Detailed understanding of accruals and prepayment accounting 
• Tangible and Intangible asset accounting 
• Bank Reconciliations
• Management and Statutory account variance analysis 
• Detailed understanding of bad debt provisioning or AR reserve

Requirements:

• Are ACA/ACCA qualified with 1-3 years post qualification industry experience
