AMD is hiring for the role of Financial Accountant 2!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for tracking capital projects and their capitalization.
• Responsible for AP management including monitoring of vendor invoice processing, preparation of payment documents, and vendor balance reconciliations.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all concerning AP and Asset management.
• Perform month-end close activities, review of GLs, and monthly accruals.
• Prepare Schedules for Audits.
• Responsible for record retention and retrieval.
• Be proactive challenge the current processes and develop business process improvements.
• Identify and develop process improvements and efficiency.

Requirements of the Candidate:

• CA/CWA fresher or with 1-2 Yrs
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in AP, FA, and Banking will be an added advantage.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & Microsoft Office).
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting and data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills and be a team player.
