Gartner is hiring for the role of Finance Trainee (CMA Inter)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist with maintaining an upbeat, positive culture – teamwork, integrity, objectivity, collaboration, and a no-limits mindset are central to our values.
- Learn new technologies such as Power BI, Hyperion, etc., be a part of industry-leading Finance teams, and help drive meaningful impact.
- Collaborate with the Gartner Finance team and Senior Finance Leadership.
Requirements:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, economics, or statistics with a minimum GPA of 3.35 or aggregate marks of 55% and above.
- Candidate should have cleared both groups of Intermediate level (preference will be given to candidates who have cleared both groups of Inter in 1st attempt).
- The candidate should be eligible to undertake Industrial Training as per ICMAI regulations.
- A great communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change.
- Consistently high achiever marked by perseverance and a positive outlook in the face of challenges.
- Able to work independently and in a group setting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to learn new tools such as Power BI.
- Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change.
- Teachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous. improvement.
- Consistently high achiever marked by perseverance, humility, and a positive outlook in the face of challenges.
