Eaton is hiring for the position of Finance Technology Analyst- Treasury Transformation!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Configure and implement financial system improvements and finance technology with the support of 3rd party consultants, managers, and teammates.
- Support testing material preparation, unit testing, user acceptance testing events, production cutover, and warranty support.
- Leverage Power Platform to integrate and optimize financial technology solutions for efficient treasury operations.
- Analyze and validate requirements, develop testing scenarios and scripts, and lead user acceptance testing for small complexity projects.
- Map requirements through design via traceability to ensure the digital value proposition is realized.
- Implement process automation using Power Platform tools to streamline repetitive tasks in treasury workflows.
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrades of treasury systems within the Power Platform, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs
- Prepare end-user training materials and documentation for knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Provide support for local, regional, and divisional solutions.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Beginner finance functional expertise with Eaton ERPs including SAP (ECC or S4), Oracle R12, or other financial applications.
- Financial reporting and automation experience with Power BI and Power Apps.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good team-oriented interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Beginner financial expertise.
- Good team player, self-motivated, and committed with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of project delivery disciplines.
- Good critical thinking/analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Beginner understanding of data sources & relationships; able to execute cleaning, blending, and transforming data.
- Operates with a beginner level of financial/accounting and business process acumen.
- Understanding of BI and other finance toolset capabilities and how to optimize use.
