Momentive is hiring for the role of Finance Support!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Make monthly reports and analyses to internal stakeholders holders include reporting, regional and functional KPIs & dashboards, price & margin analysis, P&L/SG&A analysis, and other need-based MIS
• Assist with presentations to internal stakeholders on key data and analysis thereon
• Assist with intercompany cross charges and royalty workings
• Book close and month-end activities: claims accruals, profit/cost center checks, & classes
• Prepare Segment P&L for Transfer pricing compliance
• Prepare functional budget; and computation of burden rates
• Support the regional team on audits, schedules, and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
• Preferred Qualifications: MBA in Finance.
• Ability to work in an SAP-enabled environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting & analysis.
• Excellent communication skills; flexible and cooperative.
• Ability to independently work under pressure on multiple tasks or projects.
• Ability to work as part of a global matrixed team.
• A diligent character with a willingness to learn.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
• Proficient computer skills and advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills.
