Finance Specialist - General Accounting Job in Bangalore at ABB Group

ABB is hiring for the role of Finance Specialist-General Accounting!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Performing general accounting activities and recording financial transactions
• Conducting investigations and reconciliations of accounts as necessary for any discrepancies
• Executing accounting analyses and reports in support of finance and business leaders
• Producing reports, statements of accounts, reconciliations, and statements of sourcing
• Handling month-end book-closing activities and audit queries
• Recommending changes in process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities
• Identifying areas for process or report standardization across different countries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in R2R and SAP (also on Oracle if possible)
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries
