ABB Group is hiring for the role of Finance Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Performing the analysis of the group’s financial results in its own area of responsibility and coordinating in the preparation of the various management reports.
• Supporting evaluation of the impact of strategic, financial, or other major investment decisions.
• Driving and facilitating financial planning processes and activities.
• Supporting the implementation of standardized processes and tools to support the financial planning activities in their own area of responsibility.
• Providing input for external financial reporting, including management discussion and analysis.
• Leading process improvement and cost-saving initiatives to protect and increase the group’s profitability.
• Supporting initiatives to achieve excellence in financial controlling and improvement of controlling processes and tools.
• Facilitating knowledge and best practice sharing within the finance community.
• Organizing and delivering training on various controlling tools and processes in the area of responsibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, CA or CWA
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar role
• Experience in SAP and Power BI
• Strong experience in reporting, auditing, budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication skills
