Finance Specialist Job in Gurgaon at R1 RCM

R1 RCM is hiring for the role of Finance Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepares monthly financial reporting packages with detailed commentary
• Liaison with US stakeholders to drive the conversation on business dynamics and requirement
• Builds bottoms-up budget templates and partners with business leaders to identify drivers/measures to achieve top-down budget targets
• Prepares Monthly Non-Payroll and Payroll Accruals
• Work on SOX and other Internal Audits
• Performs quantitative analysis of operational and financial data
• Drive the reporting and analysis of data, reporting automation, Dashboarding, and business intelligence programs
• Builds and manages financial databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources
• Prepares financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting information
• Performs ad hoc analysis for executives as required

Requirements:

• Graduate/post-graduate/MBA - Finance
• Experience using and demonstrating strong proficiency with o Microsoft SQL, Power BI, and DAX, o Managing databases and data modeling
• Experience with ERP (Oracle), EPBCS (Hyperion), and Workday preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with familiarity with accounting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
