Capgemini is hiring for the role of Finance Operations Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Analyze AWS spend using Cost Explorer, CUR, and CloudWatch
- Implement cost-saving strategies (RI, Spot Instances, EC2 rightsizing)
- Automate cost controls and alerts using Terraform and Lambda
- Optimize S3 and RDS costs via lifecycle policies and performance insights
- Develop chargeback/showback models and financial dashboards (Power BI, QuickSight)
- Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to enforce FinOps best practices
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and anomaly detection
- Promote FinOps culture through SOPs, training, and governance.

- Cloud Cost Optimization (AWS EC2, RDS, S3)
- FinOps Practices (Forecasting, Budgeting, Anomaly Detection)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Automation (AWS Lambda, Instance Scheduling)
- Reporting & Dashboards (Power BI, QuickSight, Excel VBA)
- Governance (Tagging, Chargeback/Showback Models)
- Collaboration (Finance, Engineering, Project Teams)
