Genpact is hiring for the role of Finance Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Produce answers and resolutions to requests from key finance stakeholders.
• Process all invoices for payment and ensure timely and accurate creditor payments.
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Verify, classify, and record accounts payable data.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure accurate and complete posting.
• Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
• Generate reports detailing accounts payable status.
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers.
• Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance (B.Com) or equivalent
• Experience in the financial sector, preferably insurance
• Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) - Accounts Payable
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and initiative-taking attitude
• Willingness to challenge and assimilate information
