Annalect is hiring for the role of Finance Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Accurately and timely input data into the billing system (Mediaocean) to facilitate and be well-versed in the media-finance process
• Update and follow through on all changes to financial/investment requests in a timely manner
• Effectively prioritize personal tasks and deliver quality work
• Consistently produce high-quality work, taking ownership and accountability for results
• Be a fast learner
• Be process-oriented
• Be meticulous
• Deliver quickly and efficiently (meet or beat deadlines) under pressure
• Display a conscientious commitment to getting the job done
• Develop quality relationships with key stakeholders (finance team, planning and buying team, and digital teams) to ensure a smooth billing process

• Maintain process documents (SOPs, Process Maps, etc)

Requirements:

• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable with a minimum degree
• Prefer candidates with prior experience in accounts receivable
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
• Be extremely detail-oriented
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Have a great positive team attitude
• Be ready to take on additional tasks and challenges
• Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus
• Be self-driven and independent in performing daily operations and handling & resolving issues
