Finance Operation Analyst I Job in Bangalore at Teva Pharmaceuticals

Teva Pharmaceuticals is hiring for the role of Finance Operation Analyst I!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the Financial Planning process of Teva commercial business including monthly planning cycles, costing validation, data validation of volume and value with respect to revenues, reporting (KPI and matrix-based reports, monthly revenue forecast reports, quarterly revenue projects reports, AOP reports, monthly/ quarterly package to CFO, , etc.)
• Assist with the preparation of presentation materials – such as consolidated quarterly and annual Financial planning, AOP and revenues reports etc.
• Work in SAP Integrated Financial Planning System SAC. 
• Conduct and support ad-hoc data validation and analysis
• Be an effective backup; provide ad-hoc business support on business cases and projects.
• Process documentation and certifications – will have to ensure that all processes are appropriately documented and periodically certified by team members on a regular basis.
• Prepare User Training materials for Business Users for newly established processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent – (B.Com/M.Com, BBA, MBA Finance)
• 1-3 Years of relevant experience.
• Solid accounting or finance analytical background – a must
• Knowledge of Finacial Planning, Revenue and Cost based Planning
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English – a must
• Experience as a finance business partner or cooperation with a global finance team – is a strong plus
• Organized, flexible and self-motivated personality
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Excel
