Flixstock is hiring for the role of Finance Manager - International Exp in FP&A!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Investor Decks: Prepare comprehensive investor decks to attract potential investors, showcasing Flixstock's financial performance, growth projections, and investment opportunities.
• Corporate Budgeting: Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to develop annual budgets for different departments and the entire company. Design effective budget models, ensuring all operations align with the allocated budget.
• Forecasting: Utilize financial information, historical data, and market trends to create accurate financial forecasts. Identify key financial indicators and provide insights for informed decision-making.
• Financial Reporting: Generate timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to monitor performance against budget and highlight any variances.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the company's financial health, profitability, and efficiency. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the CEO, department heads, and investors, to provide financial insights, address queries, and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CA, preferably in a high-growth tech startup environment.
• Proven experience in creating investor decks, corporate budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software applications.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
