Finance Manager Job in Gurgaon at Chetak Group of Companies

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Accounting: Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements. Ensure accurate ledger posting and reconciliations. Maintain books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Statutory Compliance: Filing and compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC Liaison with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities Monitor adherence to RERA, ROC filings, and company law compliance
• MIS & Internal Controls-: Generate periodic MIS reports for management. Perform variance analysis for budget vs actual. Strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs
• Receivables, Payables & Cash Flow Management: Oversee AR/AP processes, follow-up with clients for collections. Monitor day-to-day cash flow, fund planning, and vendor payments.

Education:

• B. Com (Mandatory)

Experience:

• 3–5 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Real Estate, Banking, sector
• Industry Exposure: Hands-on experience in project finance, budgeting, MIS, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel (Advanced), and accounting tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and cross-functional coordination
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RERA regulations is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills.
