Revvity is hiring for the role of Finance Manager!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Payroll Validation + Checking of payroll files
- Preparation & posting of Salary JV
- Checking of F&F figures for payment.
- Preparation of Employee list for Cross Charge.
- Checking of NPS Files
- Month End Activities
- Preparation of Demo Schedule & posting of necessary entries.
- Lease Entries
- Audit & Tax Provision
- Providing Backcharge data
- Employee Related Provisions
- Inventory Monitoring & Regularization entries.
- Closing Period, Sharing Flux Report & Circulating BSR
- Secretarial Filing of all returns for compliance - FLA, DPT-3, MGT-7, AOC- 4. etc
- Preparation of Board Resolutions as & when required.
- Organizing Board Meetings quarterly.
- Coordinating with the Secretarial for the updation of registers under the Companies Act 2013.
- Filing of Necessary Declarations & Conducting KYC of KMPs.
- Filing of MSME Returns.
